In June, we supplied four 90 kW motor and gearbox assemblies with 120mm bore helical bevel units to a waste treatment plant undergoing facility upgrades. Motordrives were chosen for this project. We have already delivered over 30 Transtecno ITB423 units for the same project, with more on the way before the end of 2017.

We are pleased to announce that our company has moved to a larger, state-of-the-art building at 44 North View Avenue, Sunshine West. Our new 8000-square-meter facility accommodates our whole Transtecno product line as well as a diverse range of electric motors. This growth has allowed us to improve our cast iron range of IRON TECNO gearboxes, thereby increasing our position in the electric geared motor industry. With the proven success of our Transtecno products in the Australian market, as well as the backing of our valued customers and distributors, we've been able to make additional development. We are excited to provide even better service to our customers from our updated facilities.

Motordrives secured a contract to supply 950 geared motors for Australia's largest solar power integration plant. Our Transtecno TCM SERIES helical worm gearboxes were chosen over other brands due to their high quality and short delivery times. Despite being in business for only four years as of October, we've quickly become one of Australia's leading suppliers of worm gearboxes. With 400 units already installed and another 300 scheduled for next month, the project is expected to be completed in September 2012. This achievement will strengthen our position as a major supplier of geared motors to the worldwide solar industry

Motordrives is excited to announce that, after two and a half years at our current site, we have exceeded our building's capacity due to increasing inventory investment and rapid sales growth. Our new location, near to the Westgate Motorway, provides better accessibility for both clients and transportation firms. With a total usable area of 900 square metres, we are ready to improve our service delivery, which has been the core of our reputation at Motordrives. Operations in the new site will begin on November 20th, with minimal disruption to our day-to-day operations during the move process.

Motordrives is thrilled to announce that we will be moving to a larger location on April 1, 2008, due to our quick expansion. In early April, Motordrives will become Transtecno Italy's exclusive Australian agency.
Our new building will house Transtecno's product range. We would like to thank all of our customers and suppliers for their contributions to Motordrives' success in the Australian power transmission sector.

With the support of Transtecno Italy, we have one of the fastest gearbox supply times on the market today. If your production has been held back by your current supplier, why not give us a try and see how your production improves.

Motordrives secured the tender to deliver 50 of our Transtecno Slew ring geared motor drives for a large solar plant. The slew drive rings will be utilised for sun tracking on the 50kw solar farm, which will sell electricity back to the grid. The drive in the picture was the first sample Motordrives delivered in June of this year. The project is scheduled for completion in February 2011, so stay tuned for finished project photos.
